2023 CAA Annual Conference

Registration for the CAA Annual Conference is closed.

We look forward to seeing conference attendees in Palm Springs at the Margaritaville Resort & Hotel, from Wednesday, November 1, through Friday, November 3.

This year's conference is chaired by Assessor Robert Menvielle, Imperial County, and the Central Southern Assessors' Association.

The goal of the Annual Conference is to provide new and returning attendees alike with the tools necessary to improve our effectiveness, sharpen organizational intelligence, and collaboratively provide uniform assessment practices statewide.

The conference host has secured a roomblock with Margaritaville that includes discounted lodging rates for conference guests at the rate of $159/night + $20/night Resort Fee. This rate is only available for Monday - Thursday nights.

Cancellations require 72 hours advance notice to avoid credit card on file being charged a No Show Fee.

Early Departures must notify reception upon check-in to avoid 100% room charge for any unused night(s).

I can no longer attend the conference. Can I get a refund of my registration fee?

Refund requests will be honored (minus $100) through Friday, October 6. After this date, refunds will not be issued. However, substitutes are welcome to attend in your place. Please send substitution information to events@calassessor.org.

Refer to the hotel information for hotel cancellation information.

Refunds will not be processed until after the conference.
