The NCAA Regional Conference is taking place August
2-4, 2022, at the Lake Tahoe Resort in beautiful South Lake Tahoe.
The goal of the Regional Conference is to provide new and returning attendees alike with the tools necessary to improve our effectiveness, sharpen organizational intelligence, and collaboratively provide uniform assessment practices statewide.

As this year’s NCAA Regional Conference goes full swing with the Golf Tournament on August 1st, attendees and their guests will have the options to make their rounds throughout South Lake Tahoe with a light and breezy hike at Van Sickle Bi-State Park or Heavenly Gondola Ride.

Goodie Bags with a light snack will be provided, as well as meal recommendations for those who prefer to enjoy a meal on their own before conference registration opens.

Ulises Castellon, CPCU RPA, has worked as a claims professional for over thirty five years. In 1996, he associated with Fire Cause Analysis, a premier forensic investigation and engineering firm, and is currently Chief Executive Officer. He is also the principal of a consulting business, Claims Analysis.
Topic: Earth, Wind and Fire! An Overview of Wildland Fire Issues
Through use of visually compelling fire cases that illustrate effective wildland forensic fire investigation, this workshop will help you understand the fundamentals of wildland fire causes and spread, while developing thoughtful understanding among claims professionals sharing helpful tools and perspective to cost-effectively utilize experts in the context of investigating wildfire claims for Auto, Homeowners, Commercial and SIU professionals.
Dave Daley is a fifth-generation commercial cattle producer from Butte County, running the family ranch near Oroville alongside his son Kyle. Daley is also a leader in California's beef industry, holding leadership positions on the local, state, and national levels.

Jack Rice founded Western Resource Strategies, LLC in 2019 with the mission to advocate for, and enhance the California cattle community by addressing challenges and opportunities that have the greatest impact, with consideration for the needs of each industry segment.
Topic: Water Issues in the State of California
The Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA), drought, curtailments, and ongoing water wars are all reshaping agriculture in California. As these forces reshape water supply availability and reliability, land uses and land values are being transformed. In this session we will discuss these policies and conditions and explore how they may shape the future landscape of California.

I can no longer attend the conference. Can I get a refund?
Refund requests will be honored (minus $100) through Friday, July 15, 2022. After this date, refunds will not be issued. However, substitutes are welcome to attend in your place. Please send substitution information to ncaa@mcdonaldamc.com.
Refunds will not be processed until after the conference.
