Rooms are $309.00/night, plus taxes and a $40/night resort fee.
Our room block is for Wednesday and Thursday nights so make your reservation and call the hotel to add additional nights before or after the meeting. Reservations must be made by January 15, 2025.
The information to reserve your hotel room will be in your email confirmation. Note that changes or cancellations of your hotel reservation must be made 14 days in advance of your arrival date to avoid forfeiture of your one night's deposit.
Golf Tournament - Thursday, February 6
WPTF holds a golf tournament at each of its meetings.
Join us on Thursday, February 6th at the Sandpiper Golf Course. The Winter 2025 tournament will be individual play with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m.

Tournament includes:
- Green fees, golf cart, practice balls and prizes!
- Beverages on the course and lunch following
- Tournament Fee to be determined
- Rental clubs and shoes are not included

FAQs
I'm registered as a member and I can no longer attend.
Cancellations will be accepted without penalty through Monday, February 3, 2025. If you are a member and cancel after that date, you will receive a cancellation invoice for $400 to cover some of the costs associated with guarantees WPTF has made with the hotel.
I'm registered as a non-member and I can no longer attend the meeting. Can I get a refund?
Refund requests will be honored through Friday, January 31, 2025. After this date, refunds will not be issued because all hotel food and beverage and conference supplies will have been guaranteed by that date. However, substitutes are welcome to attend in your place. Please send substitution information to becky@wptf.org. Refunds will not be processed until after the conference.
